I just received this computer from you and had ordered this Memory for my old system from you as well. Was just wondering if it could be swapped out?

Is this desktop computer already wifi capable or does it need an adapter to make it capable of connecting to my router wirelessly? thanks

This does not have built in Wifi..so yes you would be required to purchase an adapter (they are pretty cheap these days) to connect to your wireless network. Thankfully most are very low profile compared to the old ones with antennas or USB flash drive size dongles.
