5 out of 5 eggsGreat budget machine for office use... etc.

Pros: Great cheap computer for a budget workstation/office use. Has 2 PCI slots which are a plus. Also has a serial port. Good build quality for the price. Better than the cheaper budget HP machines. Comes pre-installed with Windows 7 Pro. Has Windows 8 Restore CD's in the box if you really want to install 8.

Cons: Not many. Has display port instead of HDMI or DVI for a second monitor. (PC still has VGA so doesn't matter much anyways, didn't need a second monitor) The 14 pin power supply.

Other Thoughts: Have bought 5 of these and used other similar M series before. I still need PCI slots for legacy devices. I will buy more of these if still available in the next few months or something similar if not.

To the people complaining about power supplies in the M series Lenovos... all of the M series M82/M78/M92 all use the 14 pin PS. It's really not designed for a big PS and a high powered graphics card. If you are looking at this PC to make this into a gaming rig, buy a different machine.

1 out of 5 eggsWhat is Lenovo thinking?

Pros: 4 RAM slots, SATA 3, Dual Core AMD

Cons: 14 pin Motherboard power connector. Why would Lenovo use a connector which is a) not standard, b) they only supply 2 PSU's for c) not compatible with 99% of the existing PSU's for sale aftermarket. I bought this PC looking to transplant my 650W ATX 20+4 PSU and GTX 550 Ti into, which upon receipt and opening of the case I have discovered I cannot do because of their less than intelligent choice for a connector. Maybe if I were an electrician I could kludge a converter together, but alas I am not.

Other Thoughts: See Cons
