Can I install 2 hds and access either on startup?

The motherboard has more than one SATA port, so you would be able to plug in a second drive. As for accessing them you would be able to slave the second drive and access within windows. If you want to install two OSs on both drives (say Ubuntu and Windows) I sure you would be able to duel boot by picking the drive on start up. Its all about how techie you are. Hope this helps you.

1) Does it come with 2x2GB or1x4GB DDR3 modules?

2) How many DIMM slots are there? ( I am assuming 2? )

3) Is the max memory supported really 8GB 2x4GB? ( I am also assuming this was a misprint as I can not see why the bios wouldn't support 2x8GB )

2 DIMM slots.  Mine had one 4GB & one 2GB (sk Hynix).  The 4GB is worth in the high $30 range on eBay.  Sell both and get a matched pair from Newegg.  Max memory is 8GB (4GB x 2).

hi , this product says it has a NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M graphic card wich is pretty good for gaming,is that true or am i misreading the specs?

I have one of these units apart on my workbench now.  It does not have a dedicated video card.  The PCIe slot for graphics cards is open (so you could add your own).  It has graphics integrated into the motherboard.  The GT 745M is a mobile product that is designed to be integrated into laptops.  I cannot attest to how good it is for gaming, but I'm sure it's better than Intel Integrated Graphics.

Graphics card is weak, you will need to upgrade to PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card AX7850 2GBD5-DH

It is the best one you can get with the available room and wattage on the stock power supply. Just make sure you get the pin adapters to plug it in. It doesn't come included, I learned that the hard way.
