The Celestron FirstScope accessory kit is a nice complement to the basic FirstScope telescope for easier operation and more choice of magnifications. The added 12.5mm and 6mm eye pieces, and the finderscope with bracket, coupled with the moon filter makes for an enhanced viewing experience. Additionally, the Celestron FirstScope accessory kit comes with software that equips you with knowledge for a well-prepared stargazing session.

12.5mm and 6mm eyepieces The 12.5mm and 6mm eyepieces together provide a variety of magnifications with increased power of 24x and 50x, allowing you to observe more detail of faint objects.
Moon Filter Thanks to the moon filter, greater detail with improved contrast can be observed on the lunar surface through the scope. The filter has threads on it which screws into the bottom of the eyepieces.
Finderscope The Celestron FirstScope accessory kit incorporates a 5x24 finderscope with a bracket. The wider field of view and lower magnification makes it easier to locate celestial objects at night.
CD-ROM "The skyX" is a full featured planetarium software that helps you to identify planets and stars, learn the constellations, and much more. It works with XP and Vista, as well as MAC 10.4.8 and later operating systems.
