Pros: - Plays media files encoded with a wide variety of video and audio codecs.
- Plays media files from both the disc drive and the usb port
- Displays subtitles in .SRT format that are on the disc or usb
- Plays my reduced size blu-ray rips in Matroska (.mkv) containers.
- Doesn't have any internet streaming apps or internet connection. My TV, Visio D60-D3, already has excellent streaming apps.

Cons: - None so far.

Pros: great price, AND is one of the few that can also play audio CDs

Cons: would prefer that it had its own digital time and track display, but at this price, I can't complain!
