5 out of 5 eggsGreat TV

Pros: Great TV. This is in the family room and the kids man handle it. It runs like a champ and looks great.

Cons: It gets hot. But not a big deal

2 out of 5 eggsHorrible Color

Pros: Very thin and very light for the size of the unit. also love how the whole thing is the screen, there is no big ring around the picture.

Cons: When watching a cartoon like family guy, the picture seems very distorted. The color seems to go out of where its suppose to and its all blocky or pixelated. Also seems to burn the picture very easily and can see shadows when it burns something into the screen. The stand is also very wabily, not stable at all and I have a fear of the stand breaking and dropping the television.

Other Thoughts: Its a good television if your watching anything thats hi-def, but if you want to watch any animated or video games, it sucks with the colors running and being very blocky.

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a Deal

Pros: So slim and lightweight. I Bought a basic Tv stand with built in mount and had no problem mounting it (with 2 people). Color is great, the picture is super clear and the overall look is sleek. Got a great deal on it and couldn't be happier.

Cons: Dont attempt to set this thing up by yourself.

Other Thoughts: I upgraded from a box tv to this so you can imagine how amazing it was at first. The thing is huge and is an awesome computer monitor if you want to play movies or games through the PC. Get it, you wont be disappointed!

5 out of 5 eggsexcellent

Pros: This TV has an amazing picture quality. Sound is much better than I thought. I'm so glad I bought this TV.

Cons: Only two HDMI inputs on the back side, not a big deal.

Other Thoughts: I did a lot of research into LCD, LED and Plasma TV's. This TV is the best bang for your buck. The image is much better than any LCD or LED TV (no blurr). If your buying a new TV this is one you must consider.

5 out of 5 eggsEven better than expected

Pros: Price. The price I paid for this TV made it an absolute steal. I am a TV junkie and I research and shop for TVs constantly. While I don't need another TV, this offer was simply too good to pass up.

I own a Sony plasma that is a few years old, and three LCD TVs and this LG has a better looking picture than all of them. There is barely a hint of motion blur in some fast moving scenes, but it's unnoticeable beyond five feet.

The colors are true, the blacks are deep and rich resulting in an amazing picture.

The price and the picture are so good that even wifey can't come up with a negative - FINALLY!

Cons: As in all plasma TVs the screen and housing are reflective, but I'll take a glare I can control over the fake looking, blur-riddle images of an LCD any day.

I don't care for the remote, but it's not the worst I've ever owned.

The speakers are a little tinny, but again, not the worst and they do their job.

Other Thoughts: As always, had the best price, best shipping, and customer service in the business.

It drives me nuts that TV manufacturers don't include an HDMI cable in the box of an HDTV!

5 out of 5 eggsBest TV ever

Pros: The picture is just awesome through HDMI, the swivel stand is nice and the construction is solid with a metal back cover and a glass front.

Cons: Its a heavy one close to 70lbs, the glare is annoying at first if your in a well lit room.

Other Thoughts: As of right now its just not worth the extra money for 1080p unless all you watch is PBS, CBS or Discovery channel
