Other Thoughts: this was my first HD TV and I still just gawk at how amazing the movies look in 720 and 1080p. before that I was watching TV on a PC Monitor and I was really deprived!

Pros: When the UPS guy showed up it was like christmas all over again. What a great TV this is. Cool menus (not to mention very useful), beautiful picture, and it looks nice sitting there even when its off.

Cons: There wasn't a BOGO deal. I would love to have another of these.

Other Thoughts: I hooked my computer up to it and now I just sit here all day admiring this foxy TV.

Pros: This is the first LCD TV I've owned. The picture quality is great. The sound is decent, but I will mostly be using a sound system instead. Plenty of connections for whatever devices you want to hook up. The price was exceptional at $460 with free shipping (thanks to a limited time instant savings from Newegg).

Cons: Only a minor one: the power cord isn't very long, about 5 foot. It would have been nice having another foot or two.

Other Thoughts: I was skeptical about the issues with UPS shipping but was happy to see the TV and box without any damage.

Pros: Nice Picture and Sound

Cons: No fine tune adjustment for R-G-B but the Auto setting work pretty well.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for my parents for x-mas and this is really their comments about the t.v. I really had to push to get them to say something negative about the t.v. They like it so I like it.

Pros: Wonderful Picture, easy setup. HDMI with my xbox 360 is beautiful!

No comment on the sound, I have it turned off and fed through a surround receiver.

Cons: I don't have enough devices to fill all the inputs. :)

Pros: Picture, sound, connectivity, price, quality, etc... These LG's have the best pictures, second only to Samsung, which is what I buy a TV for. Sound is great. Plenty of hook ups. Don't need WiFi or 3D or whatever comes next. LOL. Very pleased.

Cons: Shipping - Mine arrived with a big crack in the upper LH corner of the black frame. Should have figured after I watched the UPS guy bounce it out of his truck as I cringed. NewEgg immediately ordered a new one for me and issued an RMA stating that UPS would pick it up and now owns it.

Other Thoughts: Not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about paying shipping back for a damaged product. NewEgg always stands behind their products. This is my 2nd LG big screen TV ordered from NewEgg.

Pros: Nice display.

Cons: First set arrived damaged. Looking at the other reviews, this has happened to several others as well. The packaging doesn't protect the screen well for shipping. After paying return shipping and waiting for the replacement, set wasn't such a great deal.

Pros: Price I paid is reasonable. It's supposed to have good color and an IPS screen.

Cons: LCD screen was busted along left side of TV from being inadequately packed and improper handling by the shipper. It was shipped in the LG packaging which consists of the cardboard box and 4 styrofoam corners. I don't think LG had cross-country shipping via UPS in mind when designing the box; maybe they designed the box for bringing it home from the big-box store. The box wasn't event mutilated, it just had a soft section near the spot where the screen was busted.

Other Thoughts: it's a 34lb TV... Newegg should package it better than the flimsy OE box. Newegg did make the RMA process easy on me. Hopefully I'll get a good replacement and they can make UPS pay up.

Pros: got it for $478 with free shipping. picture looks great. Lots of good options. Enough HDMI inputs for a cable box, HTPC, and game system. Sound from builtin speakers is a lot better than I expected.

Other Thoughts: Had previously posted about the bad experience I had when I bought this TV. Soon after I was contacted by Newegg and they were very nice and offered to make things right. I'm very happy with how this ended, I might not get the TV by xmas like I wanted but Newegg certainly made up for it. To be clear my previous post was called "Terrible service" and I can't say that anymore.
