I bought this TV originally in July, It broke in September, and after 3 weeks was replaced in October. Now it broke again on December 3rd. I'm currently in a limbo state where LG is reviewing my case as to if they are going to replace it again. I cannot be more disgusted at LG Electronics and their, "Customer Service" or lack there of. I previously was a happy owner of LG LED TV's and never had a problem, after this I will NEVER buy another one again. The biggest kicker is i'm going overseas in a month, and when I get back the TV will be out of warrenty and ill be out the original price I paid of $1,837.99. Man do I feel like a sucker. Other Thoughts: Do yourself a favor and go with a Samsung, Sony, or Toshiba TV. Trust me, you dont want to deal with LG support and executive service. Pros: - Great Picture Quality - Awesome Smart-tv features (Netflix, MLB.tv ,apps, etc.) - Built in wifi - Magic Remote (like wiimote) - Shipped Fast Cons: While the shipping was very prompt, it was delivery with a rather large size hole in the side of the box most likely from abuse. Signed for it anyway and had no issues for the first 2 months. Was watching early this week and TV just shut off. Now when I turn it back on it flashes gray 3 times then goes black. LG tech support had me unplug it and do basic troubleshooting and then decided they had to send out a representative. I'm not sure who is to blame for the issue, either shipping on LG, but it was at no fault of newegg. Regardless, great TV and great support. They'll be out in 2 days to fix it.
