Pros: This television has a good picture and was easy to set up,

Cons: does not have the skype app as seen in some of the pictures advertised. LG customer service was no help with this problem.

Other Thoughts: would not recommend this to no one.

Pros: Great picture.
Easy to set up.

Other Thoughts: I messed up and had the Smart TV sent to my NC address but I was in Florida for the winter. Douglas Y. of the Customer Service Chat Team provided me information that ultimately resulted in the TV arriving at my Florida address. I am grateful thanks to Cristina L. for providing the correct address to the Newegg shipping folks for seeing that FedEx changed the destination address.
