2 out of 5 eggsPoor speaker volume

Pros: very easy to used the dvd portion of the player and good overall picture

Cons: This TV and many other flat screens like it in its size are way underpowered on the speakers. Two 5 watt speakers do not offer enough volume even on the highest level

4 out of 5 eggs...

Pros: Good TV, no problems.

Cons: None, really.

Other Thoughts: "There are NO audio outputs, thus a home entertainment system is not an option."

Very few tv's have audio out. Usually you feed all audio in to a head unit, which then goes to the TV's audio in.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth the money

Pros: There are none!

Cons: I had this product for 16 mos., and the LCD went out. I am a single man with no family so the monitor got little use. No games, etc. Support at Sharp was nill, 0,. Their response was "too bad it's out of warranty. The repair cost was in the $1,000 at an authorized dealer. The screen was $950.

Other Thoughts: Will never buy Sharp again. I still owe 1/2 the cost on a 2 year, no interest plan. I bought this TV out of the box, brand new, at a large, well-known company.

Pitiful!!!

1 out of 5 eggsSound Volume is Horrible

Pros: Picture quality is as you would expect from an HD LCD TV

Cons: There is NO way to connect exterior speakers, thus you must rely on the TV's speakers which are worthless. There are NO audio outputs, thus a home entertainment system is not an option.

Other Thoughts: I used this TV to replace another brand 17" DVD/TV combo that I gave to my Granddaughter. What a mistake! This the first and LAST Sharp product I will purchase. Remember, there is NO option to return this product for other than a defect. The speaker volume is not considered to be one.
