5 out of 5 eggsThe Best TV ever

Pros: Great picture with my Dish HD and LG blue ray. I have compared this TV with many other LCD and now LED TV's and still found this picture to be the best all around. NewEgg price is unbeatable and the shipping was on time.

Cons: More connections than you will need :)
Not really a con at all!

Other Thoughts: I had this system wall mounted in 2 hours and Dish came to me on the same day to upgrade my satellite system that afternoon.

You can not go wrong with NewEgg!

5 out of 5 eggsWorth Every $,$$$.$$

Pros: Been A Customer With Newegg For A Couple Of Years, They Always Have What I Need Or Want And The Shipping Is Always Awesome (ups). This Is My 1st Review So Hopefully It Will Help Someone.

Just Bought The “Sharp AQUOS 52” 120Hz LCD” As My Main PC-Monitor & Running It With A Single “EVGA / nVidia 9800GT” Video-Card. The Video-Card/TV-Combo Works Great In 1920x1080 Using A DVI-D (pc) To HDMI (tv) Cable.

It Arrived This Past Thursday On The 29th And It Took Just Under An Hour To Un-Box It And Set It Up.

When Using The PC, The Graphics Are Excellent With Movies (blu-ray & dvd), Pictures (slideshows & wallpapers) & Video (avi/dvix & winamp-player).

When Using A Dedicated Home-Component “LG Blu-Ray Player”, Blu-Ray’s Are Awesome And DVD Is Very Good.

When Using It As A TV, It Reveals How Poor The Quality Is With Comcast HD Digital Cable When Viewing Analog-Programming. But When Viewing There HD-Programming, The Quality Is Good To Very-Good To Excellent Especially With “PLDHD & H

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I Would Buy This TV Again...
...Or A 2nd One In A Heart Beat.

5 out of 5 eggsHas the WOW Factor

Pros: This set is loaded with pros. I believe that the 120hz engine makes a huge difference. I just got "Avatar" on blu ray and it is stunning. I highly recommend hooking up a quality blu ray player to this set. Easy set up. The picture is so good at the factory default settings that I left it alone. For a guy that loves to tweak things that's saying something.

Cons: I have owned this set since December of 2009 and I have no cons to report. It is everything I had hoped for and a lot more.

Other Thoughts: I have this set hooked up to a Pioneer 125 watt per channel home theater system. In my opinion listening to any HDTV through the on board speakers seems like a lesson in futility to me. My recommendation is..... hook this set up to a blu ray player and a home theater sound system.

Pros: I’ve had this TV for almost a year and I’m very happy. Beautiful picture and not one stuck pixel

Cons: The sound is not very loud. But I never watch TV without surround sound anyway

4 out of 5 eggsJust Arrived...

Pros: Good picture, good price, fit and finish excellent. Easy setup.

Cons: Delivery service was insulting. AIT (contracted freight forwarder), attempted to deliver without calling advance - no one home. Wouldn't allow me to pick up the set at my convenience at their warehouse. Had agreement that the set would be delivered between 8-12. When I called, I learned that the delivery window was 12 - 5 PM. They finally showed up at 5:45. Tried to report dissatisfaction to Newegg but I can't figure out how to contact them to make a complaint.

Other Thoughts: Have bought several items from Newegg and the delivery of my set was the first unsatisfactory experience I have had.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Picture is amazing - price much lower than other similar models - free bluray player was the deal maker

Cons: sound is average at best....but, if you're buying a $1700 52 inch TV, you should invest in a surround sound system anyway..I can't imagine any tv's having sound quality much better anyway.

Other Thoughts: Read all the blogs to adjust the picture quality but eventually determined the preset AV modes on the remote control produce an absolutely amazing picture....
