Perfect Price. Perfect Picture
- Pros: Amazing picture quality that matches its specs. Blacks are dark, whites are bright, and colors are ... well colorful! Excellent Design (including the Red touch of color). The swivel stand isn't rickety or wobbly, it works perfectly. A lot of picture options for those of us who are hardcore technophiles.
- Cons: The quantity and complexity of picture options can be overwhelming, even to those hardcore technophiles. I'm disappointed in Samsung for adding some ridiculous picture options. Remote wheel is useless.
- Other Thoughts: Dynamic contrast and DNIe settings distort the overall color gamut. For the most accurate color representation for movies, games, and PC use, I suggest turning off Dynamic contrast settings. 120hz can add some noticeable input lag, leave this on during sports broadcasts, especially racing. Leave 120hz off for everything else, especially video games.

Beautiful HDTV!
- Pros: Now, this is the first HDTV I have ever owned and after doing all kinds of research before buying this TV (Even walking into electronic stores and comparing this TV side by side with other HTDVs)..This delivers hands down, the best picture quality in a HDTV in its price range (of course the price came down 200 dollars about a month after I bought it) of any HDTV out there. I watch ALOT of sports on this baby and the 120HZ really makes a difference, even in non-sports related shows you can really tell the difference. The 50:000 contrast ratio is what its all about, no other TV in this price range can even compare. Brighter whites, darker blacks. This is one awsome TV and it looks so pretty on my wall (It will on yours too).
- Cons: Alot of people complain about the remote, I don't see what the big deal it, I found the scroll wheel easy to use and responsive enough, its not super fast but you don't even have to use it, you can just press the bottom part or the top part on the scroll wheel like an Ipod to move it up and down. The only complaint I do have is that there are buttons on the right side of the ToC frame are very pressure sensitive and they aren't marked clearly at all. I didn't even know these buttons where there until I was cleaning the ToC frame and my tv started beeping at me. It would be nice if they would light up though.
- Other Thoughts: The 8 series TV's are out now but for the price, this 6 series TV cannot be beat. Samsung should offer more colors but I'm happy with the dark red.

samsung rocks
- Pros: samsung a650 series is awesome,excellent picture quality easy to hook up all electronic gadgets.i am sony lover but now samsung beat the sony far away.samsung is selling more tvs lately than any other brand. newegg service is far better than costco.com or anyother website. i can give them 5 star rating for that.

- Other Thoughts: I hope samsung had two tv tuner like my old sony has,but who like to watch two show at a time I can live without that.

- Pros: Super TV! Very low darks and great picture for those that are in to real cinema. No blurring (thus far). Great for video games. Might want a bigger set if do-able for your space.
