Pros: Picture quality is above average, stand is nice, and the overall construction and design is nice. The touch buttons on the side are cool, but not needed.

Cons: Only 1 HDMI port, speakers are kind of weak, and the stand scratches easily. At its current price you could get a better quality tv with similar picture quality with more ports for the same amount of money.
