Great TV with one caveat

Pros: -Wonderful color reproduction
-Great size for the price
-Black levels are more than acceptable
-Huge amount of picture settings. More than any TV i've ever owned by far.
-Aesthetically pleasing with the more subdued touch of color and glass extending over the edges of the panel
-Stand was easy to remove for wall mounting

Cons: -Cinema Smooth doesn't work as intended, which is a pretty big problem. This is Samsung's mode for processing 24p content from Blu-Rays. When this mode is activated it displays it with the correct frame-rate but the black level brightens to the point that it's more of a deterrant to the picture than leaving it in 2:3 pulldown. Samsung hasn't yet offered a fix for this and as far as I can tell they've known about it since shortly after the set came out. Not a deal-breaker, but it keeps it from a 5 star rating. A $2,000+ TV in 2009 should have this feature. Until they fix it, it doesn't have the feature.

Other Thoughts: I'm happy with it overall. If they fix the 24p problem I'll be 100% satisfied, but as it stands I'm around 80% satisfied.
