Looked good, but no
- Pros: Very good quality picture, good sound for a tv this size - just as good or better than a lot of name-brand tv's I was looking at for $100 more.
- Cons: 1st one I got was DOA (turns on for 2 minutes, then dies). Sent it back, had another shipped to me. The second one worked, but now the edges of the screen are becoming progressively lighter, which distorts the image being viewed. So I'll be returning this one too, and hopefully Newegg will give me credit towards another tv, even though this is technically a non-refundable purchase.
- Other Thoughts: This is really too bad, since this tv has an excellent quality picture and pretty good sound, better than a lot of name-brand tv's costing more. If AOC can get these bugs worked out, I think they've got a really good product.
Looks and works great but....
- Pros: It looks fantastic, what can I say. The audio quality on the built-in speakers was far better than I originally expected in such a small LCD TV monitor and the picture quality on all the HD channels and my XBOX is superb.
- Cons: Its small, too small for a living room television. If you have bad eyes I'd go for something a little bigger providing you have the entertainment space for it.
- Other Thoughts: Bought this as an early xmas present for my mom.
This such size of a tv monitor is more ideal for a bedroom or a dorm room rather than a living room (which is what I purchased it for).
Had high hopes.
- Pros: -It arrived on time.
-Looks sleek.
- Cons: -There were lights at the corner of the screen that were getting in to the picture.
-Some dead pixels.
-Customer support is down right bad. (make sure you have plenty of spare time before calling though)
- Other Thoughts: I was really looking forward to this but the product is disappointing but it was my fault for choosing this, now all I want is just a re-fund. Honestly, if you want a small HDTV save up your money for a better brand. If you want something that doubles as monitor, just buy a monitor and buy cables for what ever extra thing you want to use it for too. It was my fault for choosing to buy this junk. If you do buy it comes broken or breaks, have fun putting everything back in the box.
