Connecting a pc via the vga interface is working well too. Cons: Connecting a PC via HDMI does not work. I tried a Dell laptop with ATI 5730 graphics and 1080p display, duplicating the desktop caused a blank screen on TV, eventually displaying "NOT SUPPORT". Next I used a desktop with ATI HD4250 graphics. Installed Ubuntu. Screen was only 1024x768! Activating the ATI driver resulted in blank screen, eventually displaying "NOT SUPPORT". Installed Windows 7, installation went fine, initial windows screens were ok, when windows switched to high resolution mode, blank screen.... Called JVCs TV customer service number (855 868 1928). They told me this TV only supports 1024x768 when connecting a PC via HDMI. Their case number is 4519. There appears to be a problem in the TV, the TV is reporting resolution support of 1920x1080 back to the PC, causing Windows and Ubuntu to try to use this resolution. This is not a full 1080p TV. Cons: None that I've found.
