Angry
- Pros: Picture is great I have never had a better looking LCDTV. Had friends come over and complement on how much better picture quality this unit was in comparison to theirs. But just died last week :(
- Cons: Unit great until last week when died. Was very upset have only had the unit 5 months. Contacted WW Support and went though the proper channels to find out they will cover the unit but I have to ship it too them in CA (I LIVE IN NY!!!!) Shipping will be outrageous and I was not expecting to spend over 1,200 with extended warranty and shipping to pay another 200-300 to ship it to CA. If I had know I would have gone to a local store to pickup this unit or something like it so I can just exchange it. I am very upset I might be without a tv for a while. WW will not help at all with shipping and support very rude.
Excellent Bargain
- Pros: Great Picture, Lots of Inputs, lots of bells and whistles. Biggest pro - the price. Also, makes a great computer monitor, or VERY easy to get a great picture for your HTPC on your living room TV. (VGA in)
- Cons: The audio output is only 2 channel, even though it has optical out. From Tuner or HDMI, it will only pass through 2 channel. Plan to use it as a 'monitor' and hook up audio to home theater and you'll be happy. Also, no tilt stand.
- Other Thoughts: Price for performance is great. Nothing even close that does 1080p with this quality for the price. Just keep in mind it's not perfect, no tilt stand, no 5.1 sound from its tuner/outputs.

Westinghouse Review
- Pros: Plenty of HDMI Inputs.
Clear Picture
- Cons: No DVI input
Will not fit in my car.
- Other Thoughts: I got this TV as a replacement for my 37 in. That died. I was impressed with the speed they replaced my TV with. The only think I'm upset about is the lack of DVI input. The picture is clean, but, I'd like to have DVI instead of VGA.
Great Bang for the Buck
- Pros: Cheap price, well laid out. Functional, easy to set up, easy to adjust. Wire inputs on sides which makes for easy installation. With coupon it cost me $799 delivered for a 42" LCD. It just don't git no better!!!
- Cons: Cheap remote, average picture when compared with my 52" Sammy downstairs. Power cord does not seat well enough to suit me.
- Other Thoughts: This is a perfect LCD for those making the switch from CRT. Great LCD for bedrooms and a large screen computer monitor. This set will not and does not compete picture wise with LCD's with 120mHz and higher resolutions. Picture just isn't as bright, vibrant or lliquid as more expensive monitors but then again considering the price you really can't ask for more.
AV Sync Bug, Blue bar across top
- Pros: Price, size (actually a bit bigger than other 42")
- Cons: I experienced an Audio-Video syncing problem when using the OTA (over the air) tuner. Also, when using a composite input a 1/4" blue line appeared across the top of the screen. It seems that the LCD was not positioned correctly in the plastic framing.
