Westinghouse 40" 1080p 120Hz LED-LCD HDTV LD-4080

Pros: Very thin. Works great. Sound is good.

Cons: The settings reset so you have to keep setting them over and over.

Cons: Purchase TV on 12-23-11 for my daughter, Invoice Number 81863150, her account number 16093072, returned TV to Westinghouse per instruction, the TV was DOA and after several calls to Westinghouse we received a replacement on 1-27-12. We were promised and upgrade LED or same but instead received a down grated version, the TV was returned to Westinghouse two days later and so far they have the TV and we are out the money even though we demanded a refund. This is very SAD...will not recommend this brand at all....still waiting for my money...and as of today they have the TV, twice we try to email the invoice as requested but the email will not go through...and if they received the email it will take 4 to 6 weeks...this is insane...THE MESSAGE SAID DELIVERY TO THE FOLLOWING RECIPIENT FAILED PERMANENTLY...I guess they are playing game...legal action might be needed...

Pros: great picture for the what its worth.
nice sleek design.
easy menu options.

Cons: sound is okay, to others may be very disappointing.
the t.v. stand is very fragile.

Other Thoughts: for the price, its a good buy if its a everyday use or just for the kids. if your looking for theater quality, than this is not for you. if you are getting this, be advise that you will need a better sound system than the stock t.v. speakers.

Pros: Great price for a LED backlit 120 hz display. It's nice and thin and looks good in my entertainment center.

Cons: It's hard to complain about a TV at this price but I'll try anyway. The batteries that came with the remote are chepos and the remote isn't backlit. I'm stretching a lot here. When hooked up to a blu ray player that picture is too sharp by default. I had to dial it back a bit to make things look more natural.

Other Thoughts: I actually bought two of these TV's and was very, very happy with them. My Xbox 360 and Wii both look great on this TV with no motion blur. Lot's of people complained about the speakers but I found them to be plenty adequate. If you really want great sound get a surround sound system.

Pros: Price, 3 HDMI inputs, light weight.

Cons: speakers are a bit weak, but I knew this before I purchased the TV.

Other Thoughts: We purchased this exact TV at costco and it had a dead pixel when we brought it home. When we took it back to costco they didn't have anymore because the price was great there. Costco let us keep the TV until a new one came in. Then right after thanks giving newegg offered this for $100 less. What a sweet deal. So we ordered this one. When it arrived we took the other one back to costco. I really should have purchased two.

Pros: Great Price, Looks Great. Has like 4 HDMI for computer, xbox and more. Easy to switch to watch cable!

Other Thoughts: Great TV for the price. Its a winner and BF3 looks almost real!

Pros: Decent 1080p HDTV. The picture is pretty good, and the sound is acceptable. I give it five eggs for value, since I got it for $365.

Cons: Be aware that the composite and component inputs overlap so you can only use one OR the other, not both.

Other Thoughts: If you want a knockout home theater TV, this isn't it, but if you just want something decent for a teenager hangout (which is what I bought it for) you'll be hard pressed to get a better value.

Pros: Very nice LED TV. Bought it for $399.99 after $30 instant promotion rebate. Can't beat that price for a 40" LED TV. Pretty happy with the display and 1080p/i video.

Pros: Price. Great picture. 120Hz. Plenty of inputes. Look & Style... Earns 4 eggs.

Cons: Loses 1 egg because aspect ratio resets when turned off. And worst of all, after just about 3 weeks of use, the screen is black. Yep, no picture... So there goes more 2 eggs. I'm going to return it to another one, as I can live with the aspect ratio issue. Hopefully I just happened to get a lemon.
