Cons: This TV was a refurb that probably wasn't thoroughly checked before repackaging. The antenna/cable input to the TV tuner didn't work at all. I would have had to pay return shipping to have this repaired under the warranty. New Egg didn't have a replacement so I had to return the TV. Other Thoughts: I had to buy an AV receiver to use my PC monitor as a TV because the HDMI sound signal from my blue-ray player wasn't strong enough to power the monitors speakers. All the mod cons except higher hz and led technology but who cares its still the quality picture Sony are known for Audio is great for a Flat panel, sync for other sony devices, ps3, blu ray etc... is flawless came looking brand new and boxed with excellence! two layers of hard shell with packing foam and plastic.. recommend this set for PS3 users and Cons: none so far Other Thoughts: all round one of the best buys this year for under $400 got mine black friday for $364 with a $25 year replacement option.. walked into walmart the same night and saw a retail boxed version of same tv for $600 on sale!
