- Pros: Okay so I went into this doing so much research (months and months).. it all led me to this tv.. great value for performance and size. the tv looks fantastic with Bluray and HD DVD (yes I bought both) and looks great with consoles (ps3 and 360). No ghosting what so ever, no banding issues, no dead pixels. It really is a perfect tv. the free shipping through newegg and it got here quick with no problems, heck the box came without dust,creases, or corners pushed in. I've been a customer or newegg for along time and this is great service
- Cons: I hate having to turn on game mode everytime I turn the tv on. If I turn it on in settings it should stay that way. No other cons yet..

- Pros: I bought this HDTV because it was a great bargain, its not that expensive like others and since i have a ps3 and have a couple of games such resistance fall of men, oblivion,assasins creed,etc ,a full 1080p Greatest resolution,4 hdmi,ipod ready,gamer rdy , and a 42"(big boys ) tv...

Good TV
- Pros: Pretty good picture, lots of inputs, lower price
- Cons: Screen brightness changes significantly when a scene changes in movies
- Other Thoughts: Make sure to look around internet for necessary color adjustments right away.
GREAT
- Pros: The TV is very good for the price. I am running it at 1080p with Blue ray DVD and must say the quaility and brightness of picture is excellent. It also works very good if you are a gamer. PS3 Looks very nice and crisp. The Sharpness is right on and there is little or no fog out on black levels. Has lots of inputs.
- Cons: Collects dust with its shiny housing. The stand doesnt feel very sturdy, but so far no falls.

I bought the 1080p just to be ready for the future... HD now is only broadcasted at 1080i (720p), and I dont have a Blueray player.
- Other Thoughts: Not very pleased with the AIT service. The guy called me at noon and I had to rush back home, then he came at 5pm. Not very professional but I can live with that.
I hang my TV using TV mount Bytecc BT3050TSX-BK and worked like a charm. If you are going to mount the TV, do it with a friend, I did it on my own and after attaching the brackets to the back of the TV it weighted over 80lbs. (It was even harder to do because I hang mine very high)
