Cons: Screen brightness changes significantly when a scene changes in movies

Pros: The TV is very good for the price. I am running it at 1080p with Blue ray DVD and must say the quaility and brightness of picture is excellent. It also works very good if you are a gamer. PS3 Looks very nice and crisp. The Sharpness is right on and there is little or no fog out on black levels. Has lots of inputs.

Cons: Collects dust with its shiny housing. The stand doesnt feel very sturdy, but so far no falls.

I bought the 1080p just to be ready for the future... HD now is only broadcasted at 1080i (720p), and I dont have a Blueray player.

Other Thoughts: Not very pleased with the AIT service. The guy called me at noon and I had to rush back home, then he came at 5pm. Not very professional but I can live with that.
I hang my TV using TV mount Bytecc BT3050TSX-BK and worked like a charm. If you are going to mount the TV, do it with a friend, I did it on my own and after attaching the brackets to the back of the TV it weighted over 80lbs. (It was even harder to do because I hang mine very high)

Pros: Looks great with a little adjustment of settings.
Plenty bright.
Good viewing angle.
Tons of inputs, including 4 HDMI & 1 D-Sub

Cons: Default settings are ugly.
Haven't figured out how to get optical to come through in Dolby or DTS...only seems to work in stereo. Could be the DVD player, though.

Other Thoughts: First one showed up very broken. Couldn't refuse shipment because the guy had already left when I discovered the damage. Called NewEgg, got approved very quickly and traded the old for a new one. Whole process of exchange took about 2 weeks.

Pros: Full 1080p for all those gamers out there....perfect size for a mid size room...nice black finish...very crisp and clear even on 480i broadcast tv...best rpice i can find..free shipping...No tax well to NY...Ordered this sunday night..Newegg got it to me by Wednesday afternoon now thats fast no other comaony can do that..

Cons: as everyone else says the game mode wont stay on..so in other word you turn off the tv..then turn it back on gotta turn game mode on again it can be anooying at times depending on what your playing...

Other Thoughts: Great Tv...have My PC..360..and PS3 hooked up al on HDMI looks amazing...blueray movies like there coming out of the tv

Pros: Great Picture. I've been using this also as my computer monitor, and compared to other computer monitors it has the best picture, color, and a crisp picture. Great for games and movies.

Pros: WOW looks great! Even on analog channels it looks great. Perfect size for the room its in. tons of inputs, enough for around 8 aux devices.

Cons: Youll need to adjust the colors...they appear washed out when under default

Pros: Great High Def picture. Easy set up for getting both cable channels and OTA channels. This thing picked up tons of OTA channels in the Detroit Area with no antenna and no effort on my part. Lots of HDMI inputs. This TV also has excellent whites and blacks, and I haven't even went through setting up the colors to be spot on.

Cons: So-so picture on non digital channels. The VGA port only does resolution up to 1366x768, so I had to get a HDMI cable to get 1080p from my PC.

Other Thoughts: I've noticed some standard def tv looks better when I stretch picture to full screen for some reason. This TV looks a lot bigger in my room than it did next to the bigger TVs at the blue retail giant.

Pros: Great, great picture. Easy setup. Plenty of inputs including PC, HDMI, Coax cable, Component. Way better than the CRT I was using before

Cons: Takes several seconds to power up. I suppose I can deal with that.

Other Thoughts: Watching the ALCS in hidef right now. It's been fantastic. Using Comcast HD input via HDMI for a great picture. Watched a movie via the PC last night. Is it necessary, of course not, it's a 42 inch TV. But in these times of financial crisis, now I can turn to a beautiful TV

Pros: HDTV looks amazing. NO ghosting whatsoever! You would think you're watching a TV at 120 Hz. I can finally enjoy watching sports at home again.

Cons: Very little light bleed at the top two corners on a completely black screen. Not enough to complain about since you can't tell during normal watching, only between commercials.

Other Thoughts: You can't beat the price for the quality of TV you get with this set. I've seen lower priced sets but the quality is not comparable. If you can get this set for less than $900 you'll be very happy with your purchase. I am! After much review and shopping around I finally ended my search with this one and couldn't be happier.
