This TV is Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Pros: What can I not say about this TV. Its big, its 1080p, its just awesome. I had to purchase a new LCD because my Polaroid (which no one should ever buy) died after only 2 years and they were going to chrage me $225 to fix the dumb thing. So I opted to buy a name brand TV like toshiba because my wifes 26" toshiba is over 10 years old and still kicking. This has 4 HDMI ports which is very nice.
- Cons: Sound is that great, like i have read on other sites before I purchased this. But you don't buy a TV for the sound. I plan on getting a surround sound system one of these days and that will fix the problem. Its not really a problem just a gripe. I played with the sound options a little bit and made it sound a lot better after some tweaking.
- Other Thoughts: I went from a 32" to this 42" and it makes things just look awesome. I played a little bit of my Wii last night and on Star Wars Legos the people were huge. This TV is a great buy, I got mine for less than $1000 and with a 4 year warranty.
Best TV EVer
- Pros: My boyfriend looked around for TVs for months and we finally settled on this when they had it on sale at Best Buy. I love the great deep colors! When comparing to someone elses 52inch Sony Bravia, I still definitely loved mine more. The sound is pretty good. I usually have mine hooked up to my stereo, but I've heard it without and it sounds fine. The look of the TV is nice and sleek looking too. I was hesitant to buy into all that "1080p HDTV" nonsense that my boyfriend had been feeding me, but after getting a PS3 and watching Blu Ray movies on it I am truly in love! I love this TV so much I'm buying the 32 inch version for my bedroom. Great TV all around.

- Other Thoughts: Bought mine at Best Buy on a Saturday Sale for $1,000. Don't miss NewEgg's price. This is an amazing deal for a top quality TV.

Great TV!
- Pros: Picture looks great in 1080i (HD Cable). Sound is good but not as good as our Toshiba 32" CRT (less room I suppose).
- Cons: Setup can take awhile with all of the settings. Settings sometimes revert back to original settings/change/etc. Still haven't found a way to show ALL DVDs in Full (16:9) instead of Natural (4:3). Not enough non-HDMI inputs for me (ran out of composite inputs).
- Other Thoughts: Was a steal at $799 with free shipping!
Nice TV for the price
- Pros: I got this TV on sale from NewEgg. If you can get it less than $800 do it. The picture is pretty good.
- Cons: The super resolution technology is not good. You will not notice much of a difference, but the tv is still a good set.
- Other Thoughts: I did not buy a top of the line tv. You can get better picture quality, but it was not worth the extra $600 to me.
