Pros: This TV is simply amazing. Yeah, it's 60 Hz & 8ms, but considering the price, it can't be beat. It weighs less than 40 lbs. No dead pixels. 3 HDMI, 2 Component, optical out. The picture quality is great considering its spec's. All around good TV for most anyone.
Cons: If I have to write a con, it might be that the stand is not adjustable. Doesn't matter for me as I have it mounted to a wall mount with an articulating arm.
Other Thoughts: I bought this TV to hold me over till next year once the LED TV's are a bit more stable and not edge lit. I'm a big Samsung fan, but this Toshiba is every bit as good as my 60 Hz Samsung and is much better on price. [Just saw this morning the price went back up.] Newegg shipping is awesome [box in a box]. Keep your eye out for price deals as the Holiday Season continues.

Fantastic TV, better price

Pros: Awesome picture. 1080p (although Comcast only broadcasts @ 720) 3x DVI ports | 2x A/V ports | 2x Composite ports - a ton of ports.
Cons: As previously mentioned, speakers are a bit on the rough side - not during normal viewing, but when there's a lot going on at the same time, it begins to crack a bit and not sound so hot. Understandable, however, given how thin the TV is.
Other Thoughts: More ports than you can shake a stick at - I may comment further when I hook up my DVI to HDMI cable and play some video games / videos from my PC, but it's just a fantastic set. Free shipping and the price make it an awesome deal.

The stand is not adjustable

Pros: Large, blue back light, 1080p, 3 HDMI Ports
Cons: The stand is non-adjustable, it points up at a slight angle. Carpentry keeps me from giving this only 4-eggs for having a non adjustable stand. You should turn off the "Toshiba" led from the main menu before extended use!
Other Thoughts: Windows XP and Vista requires me to disable my first display to view video on my new display. (This excludes Media Center Vista)
