5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME TV (THIS SPECIFIC MODEL)

Pros: - GREAT> CRISP, CLEAR, PICTURE
- 3 Years running strong no issues
- Great SOUND
- No dead pixels
- lightweight
- 3 hdmi ports all working well
- Love this TV

Cons: - when all 3 hdmi ports are occupied (one with pc, one with DTV box, and one with ps3, switching them constantly can cause a bad connection and all you have to do is go to the back of the tv and plug the cable in and out, happens sometimes, but not an issue, compared to how good this tv is and only if you are occupying all 3 slots at once).

Other Thoughts: This is better quality then most 120hz sony and samsung tv's out there. I know cause I retail and work as a PC technician. And constantly connect them. This is an unbelievable model. I have seen Toshiba Tv's that stunk but this one is purely amazing. Can anyone tell me why they discontinued this??? If Newegg sold out, look around for this tv, best 32inch I have ever had or seen as far as 1080p lcd's go.

5 out of 5 eggsStill Running Strong

Pros: Good, quality made device. Decent assortment of features, pretty good picture. It's served me well both as a tv and now as a monitor. 2 years and no issues. rock solid.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I wish it had a higher refresh rate, etc but otherwise a great unit.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Nice

Pros: This is my first LCD TV. Picture is very crisp and sharp with HD sources. I hook a laptop up to it via an HDMI cable and basically use that as a media center...watch movies, streamed content, etc.
Great color straight from the box. Lots of menu choices for tweaking.
I really like it.

Cons: The only cons I've found so far in the several months or so I've owned it is that I find the audio is pretty weak. Its not so much the 'tone', its that the amount of volume available is next to nothing. I had to add a pair of self powered speakers along side to boost audio to a decent level.

The other thing is that every so once in a while for some reason I get some glitches. The screen might fade to black...usually while watching
cable and I have to turn it off and on again. Or, while adjusting a certain parameter, the tv will fade to black, turn itself off, then on again...like it has to do that as a sort of reset or something..I don't know.
Sometimes I'll turn it on and it 'freezes'....nothing happens..can't get it to do anything. Again, turning off and on again fixes it.
Many times when I first turn it on and want to change channels, it won't get it the first time...I have to select the channel number again.

Not a concern because it happens seldom, but I wish i knew why

Other Thoughts: All in all very nice!

5 out of 5 eggs2nd Toshiba, loving them both.

Pros: This is my 3rd LCD 1080p TV, I use a 52" Philips for daily computing at my desk and my wife has an identical spec (to this model but 2008 model) Toshiba. They've got excellent response time, a great menu system, vivid color and plenty of picture tweaking options, and they are overall simply great screens for a wide variety of mainstream applications, especially games and for watching movies, of course. This particular model was purchased as a "living room" TV to be used primarily for console gaming, and after a lan party weekend with Wii and 360 titles, it is clearly excellent. No discernible ghosting was observed in any game title, PC or console.

Cons: At this price point, for this quality and feature set, there is no con. This is a great screen, no qualifications.

Other Thoughts: I passed up two great deals this last week on LG HDTVs to wait for this one to come back in stock, that's how much I loved the last 1080p display we got from Toshiba.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy

Pros: -Sharp Picture
-Sophisticated menu gives you lots of control over the tv(even the little TOSHIBA light), like 1/4 mute
-Bright
-Sound is very good for TV-was impressed actually
-So many connections or "hookups" 3 HDMI
-PC mode helps so much for gaming
-Built with quality

Cons: - TV takes a while to change channels

Other Thoughts: I spent November thru January researching 32" LCD's for my room and one day I finally bought this one due to newegg having it priced below 400. I got the TV and love it. Some complain about the sound and I am an audiophile. The sound is fine for a tv, actually pretty good. If you want good sound quality you need to buy surround sound and that goes for any TV. Also it does get loud enough too.

The TV is mostly used a monitor via HDMI and it looks very nice. The PC mode is great for gaming (like modern warfare 2 online) which a fast response time is critical.

One flaw is that the TV takes a little while from channel to channel. Longer than other LCD's, but this isn't a problem just noticed it.

The tv seems like it was built with quality. If you flick the screen the TV barely reflects it while other TV's you will see how it affects the screen.

Overall, very happy with the purchase would buy again. Be aware though that Newegg shipped this in manufacturer box.

5 out of 5 eggsHuge step up from SD.

Pros: - Toshiba quality at a great price: The other Toshiba TV I had access to lasted 20 years, and many thousands of hours of use.
- Picture quality: Console gaming, and TV watching never looked better for me.
- Sleek look: looks great in my bedroom.
- Zero issues with response time while gaming without game mode.

Cons: - Gloss black finish is hard to keep clean. * Not a big deal.

Other Thoughts: I use AT&T U-verse, and have problems with menus being cut off in "theater wide" settings. Not the TV's fault.

AT&T U-verse beware. You may have to switch picture size to view menus properly.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat TV in 32 Class

Pros: Exactly as advertised. 1080p looks crisp with hdmi connected PS3, cable, or computer. External audio through digital optical sounds fantastic. Great menu, easy to navigate, lots of calibration options depending on how/what you are viewing. Best priced 32" 1080p tv I found.

Cons: Speakers are WEAK, expected. If you are planning to use this in a large or open room without external audio it could be an annoyance.

Other Thoughts: If you are connecting this TV to a home theater system ignore the con. Bargain at 400 compared to TVs in larger classes.
