Pros: Picture image is great. Penal is thin and a small footprint.

Cons: Remote sucks. It is not responsive.
The wait of power on and off is long.
Wait time between channel switches is long.
Need to adjust picture size for different channels.

Other Thoughts: I got it when it was on promotion. $580 for 46 inch name brand LED TV is not a bad deal, but with the remote like this....now I am not sure.

Pros: Beautiful picture
Decent sound

Cons: Not great packaging

Other Thoughts: 1st unit was damaged on receipt (minus 1/2 egg to Toshiba for not protecting the screen better) but I put it back because Newegg took care of it better than I could have hoped.

I did get the Toshiba 300 watt soundbar with it, and the sound is excellent and they communicate well together.

Pros: Thin and good looking. Picture is above average.

Cons: You cannot plug external hard drive or USB to watch movies. I know it before I bought it :).
Remote control look cheap like 5 buck at Walmart.

Pros: picture quality is excellent for a budget unit. Thin bezel and frame is nice.

Cons: The speakers are indeed garbage. The speakers point down and will sound muffled no matter the volume.
You will def need a speaker system/sound bar if you plan on using it in a large living space.

also if you ever need to use the onboard tv buttons, they are super sensitive and hard to "feel out". They're placed on the side of the tv and so it makes it even trickier.

I upgraded from a samsung that swivel'ed. I def miss that feature.

Other Thoughts: someone mentioned not getting TV code to work on other remotes..I was able to program it to my directv remote without an issue.

Pros: Set this TV up yesterday, was quite easy. The picture is awesome! Many have complained about the sound, but really does any flat screen TV have great sound? My other TV a Sony 32" doesn't, my friend's Samsung doesn't, nor have I heard great sound on any of them. Attached a Coby sound bar, sounds great now! Has plenty of inputs, would of liked to have something other than 3.5 mm audio output jack, luckily my Coby sound bar had such a connection, a couple of RCA Jacks would of been nice. It does have a digital sound output.

Cons: My biggest complaint is you can ONLY use the remote that came with it. I can't use my Cable DVR remote. On calls to Time Warner and Toshiba, after about an hour trying to program it myself, no one had a code, and Toshiba said it would be about a year before one was availabe?? Say what! A little bit of a P.I.A. but I guess I can live with it, as really the only functions I really use with the Toshiba remote is volume, to turn it off and on and the occasional video source change. If anyone has gotten it to work with their cable remote please post it, Thanks.

Other Thoughts: I would buy this TV again.

Pros: -Sleek design
1/2" gloss black border all the way around, with a dark grey metallic accent on the bottom. Power light is in the grey accent, and invisible when off.

-Very low profile
Less than 2" thick without the base, and the inputs are set up so the cords won't stick out.

-Large, flat, solid base
Really no fear of this baby going anywhere once it's all set up. Includes a hole in the back of the base if you want to anchor it to the surface.

Cons: -Speakers
I don't expect much out of built-in speakers, but these are some of the worst I've ever heard. They're really bad.

-Inputs
Only 3 HDMI and 1 component/AV, for a total of five inputs including cable. Could be an issue depending on how much you plan to plug in at once.

Other Thoughts: Definitely pleased so far, would recommend.
