Company will not stand behind it. Other Thoughts: I bought this TV 7 months ago and I liked it. until yesterday when I was watching TV and it went black. The TV just DIED. Black screen, no sound, no warning, either. It will just not turn back on. I called customer service and was informed that because it is 7 months past the purchase date, they will cover parts, but I will have to pay $70 for labor. I spoke with a supervisor and with the warranty department and they agree. I looked online and there have been multiple complaints about this exact same mechanism of disaster and the same response from Magnavox Did you find this review helpful?
