It arrived speedy and in great shape (as is the norm for newegg shipping). I had my doubts about buying a refurbished product, but am definitely glad I made the decision. There were/are no signs of prior use, and the overall quality is great. The only one issue I seem to have, is that the remotes to most vizio tv's seem to be...well, cheap. Right out of the box, the remove was "finicky" and takes some effort to get it to do what you want (change volume, hit channel up/down). I've had this problem with most of my vizio's, but it's not one that makes me regret buying them.
