Cons: It doesn't handle dark colors that well during movies, but it's not a big problem. Especially since I mostly use it for games and I've never noticed an issue there. Cons: The first one came really scratched up (like it was dragged across concrete), without instructions and with the wrong screws. I sent it back; the second one was less scratched but not perfect. It came with instructions, but the remote didn't work. I ordered a replacement for $10 on a very popular online auction site. Cons: none Other Thoughts: i was alittle worried about buying a refurb, i very happy i did! and free shipping! you cant even tell it was a refurb. it came with remote, manuals, screen cleaning cloth and in a factory box. i have had smaller vizios in the past and have had no problems with them before. i saved a ton of loot and extremely happy! if the refurb is scaring you dont let it! use the extra money you saved for a nice surround sound system or blue ray player.
