4 out of 5 eggsDecent monitor / Better TV

Pros: Had this TV for a while. I am using it as a main PC Monitor.
I like how bright it is.
The colors are very vibrant.
Nice sleek glossy black boarders.
The VIZIO logo on the TV has a option to light up or turn off.
Lots of plug-ins to choose from.
Easy to navigate through menu.
Took no time to set up.
The sound is loud and clear (had no problems with the sound)

Cons: There is a con about my particular set up. I set my TV to a more sharp contras. So sometimes when I bring my computer back from sleep and turn the TV on, the TV will sometimes show a default blurry setting, instead of my sharp setting. To fix this I have to turn the TV off then on. After that the TV is back to my sharp setting.

Other Thoughts: If you are deciding to get a TV as a "MAIN" monitor. I honestly would not recommend a TV as your main monitor. The text is not as clear on PC monitors because of the same resolution but bigger screen. If you have great vision and want to park this TV far away, then I would say great. But sitting close to this TV does strain the eyes after long periods. But I have gotten so use to this TV that I don't seem to want to downgrade to a smaller monitor. But This TV as a 2nd monitor off to the side will be perfect. You can watch movies while playing video games. TV's a great for multi-use function. I can just use it to play games on a big screen. Then switch on a movie and get a nice sharp clear image.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat monitor for gaming

Pros: 120hz is awesome, the customization options are great, and the size is perfect for my desk. My other monitors had very short stands and it was affecting my posture.. giving me some neck pain. The stand on this BenQ is adjustable and is always right.

Cons: wish it was cheaper so i could buy more than one.. and the default settings are very bright and somewhat washed out.

Other Thoughts: Watch some youtube videos or look up your favorite gamers' settings for their BenQ. With some adjustment the monitor looks even better than it does out of the box.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Choice

Pros: Great picture quality. Better sound quality than I expected.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: Bought this as a gift for my wife to replace a 19" tube TV in her sewing room. It attached quickly to a wall mount and was turned on within a few minutes. The picture quality was amazing and the sound very good for a TV this size. What a great bargain!

1 out of 5 eggsJust a bad experience

Pros: None

Cons: TV had a purple line going down the middle of it when I received. Neither Vizio or Newegg could explain it or fix it. Was told to send back to Newegg even though I had discarded the box. I was told not to worry about it and just send it back for replacement. Was then sent an email that upon receipt of my TV, my RMA was being declined because the package did not include the regular box!! After talking to service, they agreed to still fufill the replacement as of yesterday morning and was then sent a new invoice. Last night, I then received another email telling me my refund was being processed and I would have it in 7 days?? I called and was told they didn't have anymore Visio TV's of that model and i was not getting a refund, in which I then had to request and additional refund of my service plan fee as that was not included on the original refund. All in all just a bad experience.

3 out of 5 eggsOk for the price

Pros: Price

Cons: Poor Contrast & Brightness is what you exchange for the low $250 price.
Could use more composite inputs.

Other Thoughts: This TV is worth it at $250, I wouldn't pay more for it though.

5 out of 5 eggsVizio 32 1080p 60Hz

Pros: My son who does research on everything he & his wife buy. With that in mind, my 2nd flat screen was a Vizio.
They are the best company around. My 42" is perfect. Same type but larger screen but back to this one, I'm getting another one. I have had zero problems.
Vizio Tech Support contacted me the next day to explain what I needed to do to fix my problem. They were very good, no beating around the bush, they addressed the problem & I was able to get my TV going in 15 minutes.
Remember not to be all ticked off because it's a refurbished TV. From time to time you may have a problem. In that case, buy a 1 year warranty. You will usually have a problem within the first 2 months. My Refurbished Vizio has worked great & I leave it on all the time, like I stated in this review, 10 hours a day 7 days a week. With the 3 HDMI inputs, I just leave the components hooked up & just use the remote to switch the input. I also like the screen adjustments. Some TV's don't have that feature.

Cons: No cons that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: On my 42" which has the same 60Hz has been about 99% good. I had pixel problems one or two times while watching a movie. Although the 120Hz are a bit better, I would buy a Vizio first before I bought another brand one with 120Hz. I leave my TV on about 10 hours a day. I have Tinnitus which leaves me with loud ringing all day long. So leaving at least one TV on, drowns out the Tinnitus which drives my wife crazy but she has no clue why I do what I do. Back to the Vizio. I let my grandson use it to play his games. They play great & I don't switch it to game mode. I'd wait to get a sound bar on sale here & use it because like all TV's the speakers aren't the greatest but they still sound great, even though they're small 10 watt. Like I stated at the top in the "Pro's" section, my son spent 6 months checking TV. He told me that Vizio was the best to buy. I took his advice & went with a Vizio. I'll be buying 2 more for our 2 spare bedrooms & this model even being a refurb is fine. See Pro's

5 out of 5 eggsworth every penny

Pros: Bought this in april on sale for around 270, spent a TON of time looking for the best deal, and this referb (although a gamble) was the best bang for the buck that wasnt from a weird company i couldnt find info on. thought i was taking too much of a risk but just dove in,

haven't regretted it once. i DID get the 1 year newegg warranty for ~30, so all in all paid 300, still havent seen a tv under 450 that's as nice! pristine out of the box, as far as i could tell, was new, not referbished!

use this many hours a day for consoles, television, and as a computer monitor, and ZERO problems.

if there is anything to indicate the TV i got was referb, i have yet to see it.

great tv for a great price, even now. 0 regrets.

Cons: my only complaint is that i missed it when it was only $250

if i have any problems, i will be sure to post again.

Other Thoughts: wish it had more component/rca connections, but i knew that when i bought it, 3 HDMI is perfect, just wish i could have more older consoles connected without an outside switchbox

the giant Vizio button on the controller goes to a USB picture input that i will never use, takes a while to switch away from, and i bump the button often, wish i could disable it or change what it went to (favorite input channel perhaps?) not really a complaint, just odd.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Picture

Pros: Great picture at a great Newegg price. Optical and analog audio outputs.

Cons: This model Vizio shares the composite and component video input which can be a real pain if you have both. One egg removed for this and some minor cosmetic issues.

Other Thoughts: Great performer for our use.
