I did a lot of looking before deciding on this particular unit. We went to a big box store to check out the TV in person. And it out shined other units that were a lot more costly. The picture quality is great. Perfectly clear. There are lots of preset settings depending on what you are watching. The "smooth motion" will take some time to get use to. But can be turned off if you so choose. It was very easy to set up with the network. I've only tried Netflix so far without any hang ups. Video games look great on this thing as well. Cons: The only thing that might be a draw back is the sound quality. This can be expected for plat panel TV's. Not much room for big speakers. While not horrible it is very thin sounding. We were already planning on adding a sound bar to the mix anyway. Other Thoughts: Other reviewers on different sites have complained about it taking 30 seconds to power on. That's not an issue to me.
