Cons: N/A Other Thoughts: Newegg can't seem to tell me where my TV actually is... I ordered this TV back in late July. I received it in the normal shipping time. Although the box was not damaged, when I plugged the TV in, the screen was cracked in about a dozen places. I would blame either the shipping company, or how the TV was warehoused - stacked too high, etc.. I submitted an RMA, which was approved, and a new TV was supposedly shipped 10 days ago. The shipping number in the order details is seemingly non-existent. It is not recognized by any of the major carriers. After waiting several days, I emailed support. They also cannot tell me where my TV is, or why the tracking number is incorrect. I was told they need to contact the warehouse to get the information. So, I sit without the TV, while Newegg has had my money for about a month now. I checked my account status, and I've had an account with Newegg for 10+ years.
