Cons: Tv does not stay on, Vizio call Rep says that there is a problem with the power board, but they've since replaced this part twice, and the problem still persist, i've looked at many youtube vids and many people are saying that its an issue with the firmware, the video processor is becoming overwhelmed and shuts the tv off. And vizio not only insists that this is not the problem but that they don't issue firmware updates upon request. I Am now looking at buying a different brand of tv, but am still stuck with this paper weight.

Pros: Great picture, easy to use remote, setup was easy and I didn't need to adjust anything for picture quality

Cons: TV stand legs are very wide-make sure you have an appropriately sized platform to put it on, the picture dims noticeably as the angle you are at increases

Other Thoughts: There are fancier TVs out there but I think this is the best for the price and shipping. I called the shipper the day before delivery and asked them to call me before arrival so I would make sure I was at my home, but they never did. Instead the driver left 4 messages on my home phone after I had given them my cell to call. Luckily I was eventually able to get home in time to get my TV. A bit frustrating but the excitement of the new TV quickly overcame the frustration.
2 weeks with the new TV and so far so good.
