Pros: Beautiful image (when it works and has no defects)
Cheaper than other brands with similar features.
Was one of the better rated tv's
Keyboard on remote is nice.

Cons: First one arrived with LED's exposed on side edge.
Second one turned on, turned off and then wouldn't ever turn on again.
A little bit thicker than other tv's I was looking at.
WIFI and LAN connections couldn't ever go above 1+mbps even though I had much greater speeds.
The walkthrough guide doesn't walk you through anything after registering. Just exits out. Must be bug.
Not fun having to have the 1 year warranty on your $4000 be utilized on 2 TV's in less than 3 weeks of purchase. VIZIO would not reset the timeframe of warranty.

Other Thoughts: I have to give 5 stars to NewEgg for handling this well. I called them up, showed them issues via pics and they replaced no problem the first TV delivered. Then the second one they refunded no problem because it was a dead not even 2 hours after delivery. VIZIO support on the other hand doesn't budge from their script with their customer service. When calling to troubleshoot and then return the 2nd TV in a row they refused to reset the date at which my warranty started. Its starts at date of purchase. That means the first month of warranty is spend on 2 duds and tons of time shipping them to me. Instead they try to upsell me on the extended service plan that cost $100+. I just returned for a refund through the good people at NewEgg and then repurchased at a discount. Why buy this again after such a bad experience? When the thing works it is a nice TV. If there are any issues with the 3rd one I will return, update the review and then buy a Samsung or Sony.
