Pros: Cheap

Cons: You get a little less than what you pay for. "Lasted" (rarely used off an on, here and there) for just under a year and a half. Now, just a black screen with a blue LED at the bottom. Nothing shows on the screen.

Cons: i bought 5 of these as gifts - all of them had some type of issue. 2 are completely dead. customer service did not want to do anything, even though it was just over the warranty period. DO NOT BUY HAIER BRAND.

Pros: color is good

Cons: Our 1 year old TV suddenly dead. I check the reviews, found myself is very luck to use it more than 1 year.Now I regret that I did not buy a more expensive one at Costco which would have 2 year warranty, if you spend 29$ more, you could get 3 more years warranty.

Other Thoughts: China should make better TV , Cars, Computers than S.Korea...

Other Thoughts: I got this last November and it has been a great addition to the flat screen collection...Not knowing the name Haier put a bit of fear in my mind but it has been well soothed by the performance of this item!

Pros: Cheap, imitates a television with the power off.

Cons: Screen went black after a month of ownership and <20 hours of use in a 2nd bedroom. Haier "diagnosed" the problem from afar and said we would have to ship the TV back for them to repair except the parts we needed weren't in stock. Three months afterwards they agreed to exchange the TV. They issued a return ticket but after that..... nothing! It has been in their possession for half a year and they never sent a television back. Absolutely horrible. Worst service in the world and $200 straight down the drain.

Other Thoughts: I will never buy anything made by Haier again. Their warranty is worthless.

Pros: Picture looks good lot of inputs. Nice black finish.

Cons: Spears are terrible, i use surround sound most of the time, well be buying a sound bar.

Pros: Looks nice, Works perfectly with my PS3 in HDMI mode. More the loud enough for my dorm room. I did mess with a few settings and recall turning off an audio feature that instantly made the sound a lot louder. It looks very sharp and has lasted me 8 months now with extended use. (Some for games most for Netflix and TV for back round noise while I am in my room.)

Cons: Ummmm.... To big for me to move XD

Other Thoughts: I really enjoy my tv it was a great buy for only 196. I have not had any issues and I dont understand all those bad reviews with how much I love mine.

Cons: Bought two of these in nov 2011. One failed within two weeks. Haier took two months to replace the first tv. Now the replacement has failed. Going for a third tv. Second purchased tv just failed and will also have to be replaced. Haier customer service for TVs is horrible. Avoid this tv brand.

Pros: Was very low price ok quality

Cons: Stopped after 6 months, called Haier for support and although they seems to want to help and promised quick repair/replace, they never responded, so I am hopeful they will soon, it has only been a few days, but I got the impression that they would send someone to my home right away.

Other Thoughts: Bought 2 of these for my boys for X-Mas and I am very happy with both. No problems at all on either set. its been 6 months.
They both use them for gaming with their XBOX 360's and are very happy. Picture looks great.
The speakers are not the best, but perfectly acceptable and no worse than my other flat screen in my den.
I was a little leery at first but glad I purchased them and would buy them again.
