Pros: Although many complained that the rebate had not been honored...mine arrived today (about 6 months after purchase and submission of forms)

TV still works like a champ, especially for $250 + warranty.

Cons: Not the quality of my smaller Samsung, but cannot beat the price.

Pros: NONE Lasted 2 weeks and the picture went out. Called to get it fixed and Element stated 8-12 weeks for the parts or for me to ship it to them at MY expense. Shipping quote of $115. So I agreed to wait for the parts. 4 months later NO parts and no ETA on said parts from Elements. They told me to ship it back to them. I asked if they could send me a return label and they said NO. I am stuck with a $115 return trip on a DOA Tv.

Pros: Inexpensive for a large screen. It's not going to blow you away with contrast, black levels, lifelike image or depth, but for watching the news, sitcom, or kids with a movie...it's fine.

Cons: When I listed the Pro as "inexpensive" that was at full purchase price. It would be a bargain if they honored the rebate.
Bought in Nov and now it is late Feb. The $150 rebate has apparently been "lost" in the mail. I suppose I am one of those who are 'born every minute'.

Remote should be replaced at your earliest convenience.

Other Thoughts: Newegg is not responsible for honoring rebates, but you should not purchase anything under the assumption that your final cost includes a rebate.

Pros: The TV is OK, except one dead pixel. But acceptable, the Sound is also fine.

Cons: Where is the Rebate! Seems no one get it. Hope it's not scam.

Other Thoughts: Searched online and found many complains about this national rebate center.

Pros: Great TV - especially for the price. Receives OTA well with just a homebuilt antenna. Running standard cable into a DVD/VCR then to a composite input. The picture with that setup is very good considering it's standard def. I can't believe you can get a 46" TV for what is supposed to be a final price of $249.

Cons: That's the final price if they ever come through with the rebate. It would be really nice to have that $150 back in my pocket.
The only other con I can think of is the stand. It is pretty wobbly but I've got it mounted up high on a stand so it never gets touched and its not much of an issue......unless there's an earthquake.

Other Thoughts: Hope we all don't get taken in a rebate scam......

Pros: Item exactly as I expected. Good picture. OK sound.

Cons: No sign of the rebate!

Other Thoughts: I bought this for my son's room. He uses it mainly to play video games so I have no issue with the functionality of the TV at all. My issue is with the followup for the rebate. I submitted all the information required and it was stated I should wait 4-8 weeks for the rebate, well that was 11 weeks ago.

Pros: Good, clean picture. Best price ever for a 46" 1080p LCD flat screen.

Cons: Where is the rebate!?! Wobbly base.

Other Thoughts: Where is the rebate??? I sent the rebate in over 10 weeks ago and . . . nothing. No email. No rebate card. What's going on??
Also, the base is not as strong as it could be, so the TV wobbles if touched.

Pros: The TV works perfectly. I have had no problems (other than a single pixel that comes and goes), and have been pleased with the picture.

Cons: The rebate that I sent in back in October still hasn't been filled. This TV is definitely not high enough quality for the $400 they are asking, but the rebate brought it to a satisfactory price. The customer support number they give goes straight to voicemail, and I don't trust leaving a message on a non-descript machine. It all seems a little sketchy to me.

Pros: Super TV for the price, especially after $150 rebate. I really wasn't expecting a whole bunch for the price but I'm pleasantly surprised. Pulls in all my local HD channels with just a simple homebuilt antenna. Picture is fine with no bad lines or pixels. There are plenty of inputs as well. Currently I'm only using an OTA antenna and one of the composite inputs. Both work well. Even the housing is nice looking. I put this in my garage and I'm very happy so far.

Cons: This TV has some firmware glitches as far as scanning OTA channels and retaining them in memory. Not a huge deal but it does happen occasionally that a station will be deleted if it's signal is low or off-the-air.

Pros: This tv shows very good for the price! I wish i could have purchased 2 more at this price!

Cons: I can't comment on the con's..where else can you buy a 46 inch tv refurbished for $399.00..get free shipping,plus get a $150.00 rebate back from the manufacturer,taking the price down to only $249.00??
