Other Thoughts: I purchased this TV a few months ago and until recently it worked just fine. One day I tried turning on my television but nothing would happen. I tried changing different outlets and checked breakers without success.. Fortunately the TV was still under warranty so I called Samsung and they agreed to come repair it. The company they hired to look at my TV dismounted it and dropped it onto the table. I didn't question anything because I assumed they knew how to handle the equipment. After they replaced an internal component the TV was able to turn on. Therefore the original problem was solved. Unfortunately when the TV Turned on their was cracks all in the screen in the screen. Of course there was nothing they could do to fix the screen at that time and I was left calling Samsung. They stated that it was pressure point damage and this places any further repair out of warranty. This makes absolutely no sense considering the original problem was that the TV wasn't coming on. I told them about the situation with the repair crew and Samsung still stood by it being my fault.

It makes me very sad to have this experience with Samsung because I buy and recommend so many of their product yet this one experience is enough to make me switch to another brand. It's an awful feeling being scammed by a brand you have invested so much money into.
