Pros: My Samsung Ultra High def 4k Smart TV arrived approximately 18-20 Hours from when I ordered it via New Egg online. I believe it to be the fastest order I have ever been involved with!! My TV was packaged well, the delivery person took great care of the package! I could not be more pleased!

Cons: not a one!

Other Thoughts: Some say that the curved aspect of the TV is only cosmetic, however it has absolutely no reflection glares from overhead, left, right or direct lights onto the screen whatsoever, none at all! I also compared it to the flat screen version and there is a heightened sense of depth of field with the curved version. I would gladly pay the extra $150 for both of these actual or perceived extra's. Additionally the TV's Quad Core processor and the new motion detection mouse remote control are awesome.

Pros: great picture easy setup

Cons: voice remote blows

Pros: Curve reduces nearly all of the light reflecting from surrounding room lights. High Def clarity is astounding and the picture is beautiful. Remote control features are easy to use and versatile.

Cons: Still unable to connect the set to my home network. Phone support from Samsung was average at best. I had to download a file for firmware upgrade right out of the box that did not immediately resolve the problem.
