Pros: After the delivery boys dropped my tv, newegg customer service said they would TRY to expedite a replacement...we will see how long this takes!

Cons: AIT shipping took 16 days to deliver this product. When the delivery boys arrived they dropped my tv. It came out of the box and fell at least 4 feet onto the pavement! To make matters worse they laughed as they tried to stuff the contents back into the box before I came outside. Needless to say I rejected the tv. I will never use AIT shipping company again! !

Other Thoughts: I don't know if I would recommend to a friend because I haven't had an opportunity to use the product.

Pros: Newegg Customer Service is great. They are currently reviewing the pics of my claim, and hopefully there are no issues with replacement.

Cons: I went with Newegg rather than Best Buy on Black Friday for the same deal, because Newegg was always great to work with in the past. Aside from opening the box and plugging it in only to find the LED panel was a spider web of cracks, the delivery through AIT (the 3rd party company that was supplying the TV) was extremely inconvenient. They only offered delivery times between 9-5pm M-F with no late delivery options or weekend options, not even for an extra fee. I even offered to go to their warehouse to pick it up myself, which was not an option. Ended up having to take off work because of the wide delivery window of 4hrs. So lost a days worth of work to get a broken TV, pretty awesome.

Other Thoughts: Once I actually get to review the TV, I'll throw up a different rating.
