Pros: It's exactly what I needed, and the bezel is thin, so I really enjoy that. Refresh rate is perfect at 120hz, and the picture is clear. Like every other Samsung product, it leaves me satisfied.

Cons: I never liked the smart hub. I understand why it's there, but I feel like Chromecast or any dedicated piece of hardware does a better job anyways. However, if you don't have one of those dongles, the screen sharing is good enough to stream media from other devices. Just don't forget to update the firmware, or it's hub is going to be painfully slow.

Other Thoughts: For the price, you can't go wrong.

Terrible Smart HUB / Smart TV

Other Thoughts: Purchased the TV on 11/28 @ 9pm, setup at home same day @ 10pm. Cable worked great, Smart HUB is horrible. It was unable to connect properly all night, kept indicating that SmartHub was updating. Next morning same issues, connected both through wireless and wired same issue. I reset SmartHUB at least 5 times and factor reset the TV.

Customer service was no help, they indicated it wasn't an issue with my TV but refused to provide me an understanding of how long their outage was going on. Had to ask multiple times... finally they indicated it was recent, but if you google issues about SmartHub you will learn that their "outages" aren't recent. They have issues all the time with it.

Contacted customer support by phone, held 20 minutes, person who answered hung up before I could say anything. Also used Live Chat...

Returning tv today 11/29. Never buying Samsung again.
