Everything from homemade pizzas, pan breads, ribs and chicken has turned out great. If used properly, you should get good results. Cons: None* Other Thoughts: You have to be careful about moving the racks while loaded so as not to get burned. I would have mentioned it as a con, but it's not to me. Cons: The product manual states that the rotisserie will accommodate up to a 4 1/2 pound chicken. I had to go to two supermarkets and to a butcher shop to find a chicken that small. When I got it home, it would not fit; the chicken was to big around to rotate. After preheating the oven, I "broiled" a ribeye steak. The steak just boiled in its own juices. This unit does not get hot enough to broil. I also baked an 8" frozen fruit pie. The crust browned nicely, but the filling was still cold inside. I had to microwave to pie to heat it through.The mechanical wind timer ticks loudly. Other Thoughts: Don't buy it, I'm sending mine back. 2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you?
