DeLonghi DC312T 14-Cup Drip Coffee Maker

Pros: Good looking machine. Makes excellent coffee. Can cover both the wife and my coffee habit in the morning.

Cons: After power outage you have to cycle through the clock if you program before 6:00am as that is the default. Should have separate hour and minute buttons to eliminate this problem. Would prefer the controls be on the bottom as I have had four of these units and two died because of the steam on the timer unit after about a year but you could still use them manually because the timer was the only thing that quit.

Other Thoughts: Cheap enough that if they last a year I am somewhat ok with it but they should last longer than that.

Pros: Out of the box this was a very good product. Easy to use and affordable.

Cons: After a few months it would take longer and longer to brew the 8 cups of coffee every day. I would say in the last month of its life it took 20 mins to brew 8 cups of coffee. Suddenly it just died one morning in the middle of brewing. Never worked again. It could've lasted at least a year............

Pros: makes excellent coffee. it's a very attractive machine.

Cons: it stopped working. no reason. no warning. You can reset the clock and alarm. the light comes on, but nothing else

Other Thoughts: manufactured in China.

Pros: Great coffee

Cons: DeLonghi will not stand behind their product. I purchased this coffee maker in October of 2008. Eight months later it stopped working. Delonghi will NOT honor the one year warranty. I have my original sales receipt.
