1 out of 5 eggsFast Replacement, New One has same problems

Pros: None

Cons: I have one at home and bought another for work, that didn't work. Called the manufacturer and they told me to replace the defective model. I went through the RMA system and got a replacement. That replacement came today and it doesn't work. Called the manufacturer again and they told me that the new one is also defective.

Other Thoughts: Not NewEgg's fault. The fault is on the manufacturer. I don't suggest buying this frustration regardless of the discounted price.

Pros: Steam wand worked at least.

Cons: System would not prime. So it did not work. I called manufacturer support and they told me to replace it.

5 out of 5 eggsQuite Good

Pros: Very quick - very little waiting for warming. Easier than you'd expect. Visually appealing, this looks much nicer than many others in the price range.

Cons: Had trouble priming the pump at first (no water would come out), no official tips on that but found a customer posting a solution on another website. Easy fix when you know

Other Thoughts: About priming the pump - I ran the machine and no water came out so I first used the milk foamer for a while which shot plenty of steam/water out then it worked fine.

Cleanup is a little lengthy if you're using the machine for convenience. It's more efficient if you're making espresso for more than 1, but thorough cleaning is very important for longevity. Not a problem, but you begin to see what you pay for in having a machine at home vs buying coffee prepared for you.

Makes a great entertaining feature as well! Everyone loves lattes when they come over.

3 out of 5 eggsGood espresso pump, poor streamer

Pros: The espresso pump of machine is good. It extracts good amount of crema with the right settings, good value for the price. The machine looks as good as the photo. Large water tank.

Cons: The milk frother (stream wand) performance of the machine is very inadequte. It makes poor quality foam, bubble was large and irregular. The streaming is not able to maintain the temperature to make even a small latte. The stream wand putting out hot water after about 45s. The stream has plastic burnt smell. It doesn't go away even after a week of use.
