Pros: - Good looking design
- Seems to be good quality
- Stainless steel

Cons: - The plastic opener for the lid seems a little sticky and may be a future problem.

Other Thoughts: My wife loves the look of this tea kettle and it has been working very well for her so far.

Pros: The kettle is great. Stainless steel finish is good for preventing, well, stains. The whistle is quite loud.

Cons: The lever to release the spout cover, so that you can pour the hot liquid started to stick after a few months of daily usage.
