I can't make hard egg that good with any other method! Easy to clean (except poacher). I only use it for hard egg. Fast. Small. Fits 7 x-large eggs. Cons: The filling tube is easy to overfill, to big to fit inside the cooker so it's easy to loose it! The poaching racks are not fun to clean. I'm not using it anyhow. Uses Very little water since it basically steams them. You get to tell your friends you bought an egg cooker from newegg. Not only does this usually get a chuckle, but it turns out this is a great pick-up line on the dating scene. Egg-cooker turned ice-breaker. THANK YOU NEWEGG! :-) Cons: Power cord could be a touch longer, but perhaps that is more important to me than most as my house was built in the early 1900's & has very few outlets. One of the previous commenters has me thinking of way to MOD my computer case to accomodate it. This may help with the cord length issue. Other Thoughts: I have not used the poaching feature yet, as I haven't shopped for oil or another non-stick substance recently, but if it is ANYthing like the hard/med/soft boiled results they will be perfect, every time. Cons: the product needed a little bit of prying along with some elbow grease in order to fit this sucker in my case....
