Tech Level: high - Ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: Nice appearance. Worked well in the beginning.

Cons: Failed after 2.5 years. Levers would not stay depressed, making toaster useless.

Other Thoughts: Did not purchase at Newegg. Always had trouble with English muffins, required two toastings.
