Good So Far
- Pros: So far this coffee maker has shown that even with a caraf that has not been in the dishwasher for 2 weeks, still has a small amont of drip. When clean no drip. Display for clock is weak for old eyes, but I don't use that clock except when setting is needed. Easy to use. Change filters every 3 months for my water. Just cleaned after a year. The cleaning indicator came on as advertised in manual when cleaning is needed. I like the adjustable hot plate control. It ranges from lip burning to just right. Simple and reliable . I have used this for close to a year now without any regrets. Best coffee maker I have ever owned and that takes a lot for me to say.
- Cons: Filters are way too expensive for what they are.
Hot plate temp control needed to be reduced slightly for all ranges.
- Other Thoughts: Not much more to say. Reliable, easy to use, great features.

Cuisinart should DO these improvments:
1. Redesign the coffee water level indicater so you can
actually see the amount in there
2. Have a useable LCD clock you can read
3. have hinged carafe, so its easier to fill with water to
brew the coffee
