Pros: makes good espresso

Cons: cheap quality. the tray started to rust after 9 months and now the tank is leaking.. Customer service wouldnt do anything to repair the unit..

Other Thoughts: find another manufacturer

Pros: Really none, except the weight.

Cons: Leaks, coffee is never hot, steamer doesn't doesn't works poorly. Did I mention leaks water, always.

Other Thoughts: Great features, heavy, wont slide around. By the time you pay for shipping and labor, it makes a good anchor.
Read the warranty.

Pros: Weight. This is not going to move around. Also a con WHEN you have to ship it back.

Cons: Tank leaks- not a crack but bad fitting. Coffee is never hot. Steamer not very good.
Read the warranty. By the time you pay for shipping and labor, it's a through away.

Other Thoughts: Really like the features, just not worth the money.

Pros: Looks great. Automatic! You don't have to stand there watching it.

Cons: Leaky water tank. Seems to be a regular problem. Some people got a replacement free and some had to pay shipping.
It's really not hot enough. I use cream and have to nuke it a tad.
Will I get a replacement tank? Stay tuned.

Other Thoughts: Nice thing is it's heavy and stays put. Bad thing is that it's heavy and if you have to return it for a leaky tank it's expensive.
I don't care what anyone says, these "inexpensive" units do not make a $2000 machine espresso.

Pros: Nice looking.

Cons: It worked only once and then all the lights started flashing. They only stop when you power off the machine. I called Cuisinart and they told me to contact the seller for a replacement.

Pros: Still looks nice..
I'm looking forward to using it.

Cons: Awaiting the replacement part (broken plastic water reservoir)

Other Thoughts: The manufacturer has sent the following:
"We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you would like we will send you the new water reservoir at no charge and you will not have to send the water reservoir back."

2 out of 5 eggswarranty repair a joke

Pros: nice looking unit wish it had worked...

Cons: We bought this for Christmas, set it up and when we filled the plastic reservoir with water it leaked out all over the counter.
I has taken several emails to determine that the unit "appears to be under warranty."
They want me to ship back the whole thing ( it weighs a ton!) to get the 5 ounce plastic supply tank ( which you have to detach every time you want to fill the unit) and they want $10 "to help with shipping and handling"

Other Thoughts: guess I'll see if I can find a part online?
