5 out of 5 eggsruns on fusion

Pros: I had one of these for over 10 yrs.It worked well for almost every day of that the end it made more steam and less coffee .

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: the first one was powered by a small reactor, the U 235 had a very short shelf life,as it was barely a Gram.
This one im told uses a Fusion reactor . hard to find this model but it is well worth the paperwork involved to get it past Homeland Security.
there is a roumour that the next model may be powered by a micro Black Hole, this might be expensive,so im snapping this one up today.

5 out of 5 eggsMakes Me Coffee, Is My Friend

Pros: Bought this in a surge of anger after my $40 coffee maker died of cheapness. (As I actually fix commercial coffee equipment for a living, my attempt to fix the cheap piece of garbage only made me angrier. You do get what you pay for. Do not pay for West Bend.) I had used a fancier Cuisinart before, and liked it, so got this one. It makes coffee, it does it well, and is well-designed to boot. (Example: The opening on the tank is larger than the pour spout on the carafe. Doesn't sound like much, but if you're trying to fill the coffee maker with water before you've had your coffee... It's the little things.)

I have been using this coffee maker for months, all of the functions still work, and the auto brew feature is wonderful.

Cons: The only thing on here that gave me pause was the on/off button/selector knob. It just feels a little cheap. Still, it does continue to work, months down the road - so I should probably stop giving it the stink eye every time I press the wobbly little button.

Other Thoughts: Newegg gave a good deal, and provided it's usual excellent service. They are my first stop when buying my PC hardware, and now they'll be where I look for my small appliances as well.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Only Coffeemaker...

Pros:'ll ever need. Easy to operate. Simple directions for programmed coffee making. Great look on the counter. It does what it's supposed to do and does it well. Added benefit of having a water filter. Our previous coffeemaker carafe would spill coffee as it poured. Probably an issue with poor design of the spout. This one has no such issues, thankfully. This coffeemaker makes better tasting coffee than the last one anyway. This is a great item.

Cons: No cons that I can tell.

Other Thoughts: Newegg is great. Catch this one on sale.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Coffee Maker

Pros: Clean interface, attractive design, good coffee!

Cons: I'm not thrilled with Cuisinart's method of water filtration, to be honest. It's a little more clunky to change filters than I'd like, but that's minor. I would also like a "strong" brew option for slower brewing but more flavor.

Other Thoughts: Overall, a great little machine. It was rated highly everywhere I looked, and the carafe design is much better than many others. With a couple minor tweaks (see cons) this could be the hands-down best machine out there, imho.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This is the second Cuisinart coffee maker we have owned and it brews a great cup pf coffee! The first one is still in use as our camping pot. I really like the cone shape filters as I think they brew a better tasting coffee. It is easy to program and our first one has lasted quite a few years.

Cons: Absolutely none

Other Thoughts: Fast shipping by NewEgg as always!!
