Homemade Ice Cream was never easier

Good....for soft serve.
Pros: Good little ice cream maker for softer ice cream. It uses a saline gel insert of some sort rather than the messy ice/salt mixture. The advantage is the convenience of just washing the insert and sticking it back in the freezer to use again. The cost is lower since you don't have to buy ice or salt (not that those are very expensive....) and there's much less mess to clean up.
Cons: Unfortunatly, with this type of ice cream maker, your ice cream never really gets totally frozen, it's more like frozen yougart or soft serve consistency. But if you like that then this is the ice cream maker for you :) Luckily I do so it works well for me.
Other Thoughts: It helps if you put the insert in a really really cold freezer, like one where the freezer is cranked all the way to the coldest setting.
