1 out of 5 eggsStains & pitting after first use

Pros: The set looks nice when removed from the box. That's the only "pro" of this set.

Cons: After the first use of 1.5Q pot for cooking rice, a layer of brushed shiny stainless steel peeled off in one place
and revealed something black under it (looks like a tiny pitting), and there are many strange rainbow color spots/stains (also looks that a tiny part of a top layer of stainless steel might be "disappearing/peeling off" and those spots/stains cannot be washed/cleaned.
First use of a 3.0Q pot ended up with many strange rainbow color spots/stains, too.

Newegg claims that it is a 18/10 stainless steel set, but Cuisinart does not provide any information about using 18/10 stainless steel n this set on its website. The retail box does not mention that it is 18/10 stainless steel cookware set. The pots/pans are not stamped as 18/10 stainless steel -- only a stainless steel -- so it could be 18/0, 18/8 or whatever else. Who knows when even the manufacturer does not clear about the quality and grade of a stainless used in this set.

Other Thoughts: I cannot believe that the pots have stains and are pitted after first use / only couple uses -- mostly to boil water for pasta, cook rice, or to heat soup!!!

This cookware seems to be made of very inferior quality, if after one use of a pot (one cooking of rice for 20 minutes) something like that happens. Even if Newegg claims it is 18/10 stainless steel, I highly doubt it. Probably the plant in China used some cheap knock off version of 18/10 steel, and probably that's why there is NO any mentioning of 18/10 steel on the retail box for this set.

If a pot looks ugly with stains/pitting (after 1-3 cooking), and it cannot be cleaned with a water and detergent, what could I expect in a long run?

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome product!

Pros: Very high quality. Cooks awesome, and is worth every penny. Other sets are 3 times as much and not half the quality.

Cons: Takes some getting use to for cooking eggs. Also clean up is hard unless you use Barkeepers friend.

Other Thoughts: These pots and pans will last you forever!

5 out of 5 eggsComparable to or better than All-Clad, at a fraction of the cost

Pros: Excellent heat distribution, no seams at base, durable rivets, excellent lids, great weighting, basically everything else you could possibly think of. Performs on the level of All-Clad cookware for the cost of just 1-2 All-Clad pans.

I'm a trained chef and have owned a MultiClad Pro set for almost a year now. Every pan in the set still looks brand new despite heavy use. BarKeeper's Friend will keep them polished, but even that's not necessary if you're not putting them on display.

Cons: The only con to this set is a common one and entirely unavoidable if you're committed to metal utensils: these pans will scratch if you use metal utensils; but that's no different than any other set out there. Just stick to wood and plastics and this isn't a problem.

Other Thoughts: Absolutely cannot recommend this set enough. You will not be disappointed!

4 out of 5 eggsExperience so far

Pros: Purchased this set on sale a few days ago. Using it now mainly on a Induction cooktop and found the pieces to be of high quality. Heat evenly and clean up well. Boils water faster than anything we have ever used before and has great control when changing heat setting.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsNice, Nice Baby.

Pros: I spent about a month researching stainless steel cookware sets through several vendors and the Cuisinart brand came up quite a bit. A couple of nice touches- rolled lips make pouring liquids simple, the lids will actually create a vacuume seal when cooking in the pots and the tri-ply is not just a disc on the bottom of the pans but actually goes right up the sides as well- ensuring very fast heating.

Cooked eggs on day 1 like a champ- easy clean up too.

Cons: HAHAHA, this was to be a suprise Christmas gift for the wife but New Egg just slapped a shipping label on the box- so no suprise. Oh well.

Other Thoughts: This is very high quality cookware. No reason to plunk down $700-900 for all-clad unless you are a williams/sonoma-ophile.
