Rating: 5/5Comparable to or better than All-Clad, at a fraction of the cost
Pros: Excellent heat distribution, no seams at base, durable rivets, excellent lids, great weighting, basically everything else you could possibly think of. Performs on the level of All-Clad cookware for the cost of just 1-2 All-Clad pans.
I'm a trained chef and have owned a MultiClad Pro set for almost a year now. Every pan in the set still looks brand new despite heavy use. BarKeeper's Friend will keep them polished, but even that's not necessary if you're not putting them on display.
Cons: The only con to this set is a common one and entirely unavoidable if you're committed to metal utensils: these pans will scratch if you use metal utensils; but that's no different than any other set out there. Just stick to wood and plastics and this isn't a problem.
Other Thoughts: Absolutely cannot recommend this set enough. You will not be disappointed!

Rating: 4/5Experience so far
Pros: Purchased this set on sale a few days ago. Using it now mainly on a Induction cooktop and found the pieces to be of high quality. Heat evenly and clean up well. Boils water faster than anything we have ever used before and has great control when changing heat setting.
Cons: None

Rating: 5/5Nice, Nice Baby.
Pros: I spent about a month researching stainless steel cookware sets through several vendors and the Cuisinart brand came up quite a bit. A couple of nice touches- rolled lips make pouring liquids simple, the lids will actually create a vacuume seal when cooking in the pots and the tri-ply is not just a disc on the bottom of the pans but actually goes right up the sides as well- ensuring very fast heating.
Cooked eggs on day 1 like a champ- easy clean up too.
Cons: HAHAHA, this was to be a suprise Christmas gift for the wife but New Egg just slapped a shipping label on the box- so no suprise. Oh well.
Other Thoughts: This is very high quality cookware. No reason to plunk down $700-900 for all-clad unless you are a williams/sonoma-ophile.
